- Adaptability: Being able to quickly adapt to changing or challenging circumstances, responding in innovative ways. This also includes the ability to swiftly adapt to the different needs of the Secretariat and changing tasks;
- Analytical Thinking and Creativity: Project proposals and the development of educational resources also require analytical thinking and creativity when it comes to developing project activities and teaching and learning materials, and even more so, gaining an in-depth understanding of the local context, the problem at hand, the needs assessment, potential risks, and overall impact of the project, activities and educational resources;
- Independence: While teamwork is very important at EuroClio, Young Professionals are also expected to work and successfully complete their tasks independently with minimal supervision;
- Intercultural communication and empathy: Valuing and recognising diversity and the ability to communicate in a respectful manner with colleagues or partners from any cultural, ethnic, or religious background at all times;
- Team Work: At EuroClio, a lot of the work is done in teams with many different people both inside and outside the Secretariat. In order to successfully work in a team, accountability, solid communication and adaptability are essential skills to apply and develop further;
- Fluency in English and excellent writing skills;
