We are delighted to share that a member of EuroClio’s board, Ann-Laure Liéval has joined the Scientific Advisory Council (SAC) of the Observatory on History Teaching in Europe (OTHE). The SAC is a 15 member body elected every two years that upholds the academic, scholarly, and methodological standards of the Observatory’s work. This prestigious appointment is therefore an essential recognition of Liéval’s contribution to the field of History education. She first became involved with EuroClio as a member of the Association des Professeurs d’Histoire et Geographie representing History educators in France. Since then she has participated in a multitude of EuroClio projects including Learning to disagree and In Europe with VPRO. We look forward to seeing her impact at OTHE.
