Teacher’s and educator’s perspective on digital resources: the report by Open GLAM & education
The global pandemic of COVID-19 has radically changed the way we learn and teach. The increasing use of digital cultural heritage collections by teachers and educators invites a set of new questions: How exactly are they being used? What are the main opportunities and challenges of having more GLAM content and educational materials?

 

These topics are addressed in the report of the Open GLAM & education research project conducted by Centrum Cyfrowe in partnership with Europeana.eu and EuroClio. Apart from displaying the key findings, the report presents recommendations that assist the creation of open educational resources by cultural institutions.

 

The study aims at:
  • understanding the status quo in use of GLAM’s educational interactive materials & resources for educational purposes
  • supporting the development of new high quality, relevant f GLAM educational interactive materials & resources
  • promoting them among teachers and non-formal educators
