EuroClio is happy to announce Tatjana Juric as the winner of the first Historiana competition. Out of submissions from Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Lebanon, and Portugal, the history teacher from the Gymnasium of Banja Ljuka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, created the most compelling learning activities that help to address stereotypes by teaching sensitive history in divided societies. As the competition’s winner, Tatjana Juric will be invited to give a workshop at the 23rd EuroClio Annual Conference on “Reimagining Remembrance. Dealing with the Legacy of a Violent Past” in Belfast on 19-24 March 2016.
