At the end of February and the beginning of March, the first three mentoring meetings of the Sharing History, Cultural Dialogues project took place in Baku (Azerbaijan), Tbilisi (Georgia), and Chisinau (Moldova). The work sessions invited the authors of the different thematic modules, who are now finalizing their contributions to the publication, to get additional feedback and support. For this important step in the editorial process, mentors Tamara Eidelman (Russia), Iryna Kostyuk (Ukraine), and Mare Oja (Estonia) intensively reviewed the work of the previous months and met with the authors to discuss how to refine the materials even more. Together with the Azerbaijani, Georgian, and Moldovan authors, the mentors reviewed 18 modules which will form part of a coherent publication with innovative and ready-to-use content. The mentoring process will continue with a similar visit to Armenia during the second weekend of March.
