The Initiative for a Change of Perspective (Initiative Perspektivwechsel e.V.) is an organisation dedicated to transcultural exchange and political education. Through their work, they encourage a critical examination of power dynamics. To this end, they scrutinise the relationships between the Global North and the Global South, focusing on how they function and their historical development. Through its programmes, the Initiative aims to empower young people and integrate them into social discourse, as well as raise awareness about forms of discrimination such as racism, sexism, and classism. They work on educational policy projects in Berlin and Brandenburg and support additional projects in Douala, Cameroon.
