The Valencian Association of Geography, History, and Art Teachers (AVPGHA) is a group of educators founded on May 7, 2019, who share resources and classroom activities to provide feedback and, together, gradually improve our classes and projects with new tools and methodologies, learning from the experience of other teachers like ourselves.

We are a group of Geography, History, and Art History teachers, independent of the University or any other institution, with the goal of creating a network of colleagues who share teaching experiences from their classrooms through meetings, workshops, the exchange of materials and experiences, visits to heritage sites, or any other proposal that may be of interest. We are particularly interested in connecting with Euroclio and staying abreast of educational trends in our fields so that we can educate in accordance with the times we live in and the realities we face in our daily work.

Talking, discussing, proposing, innovating, exchanging, getting to know each other, supporting each other, sharing, moving forward… Building a team. There are many of us, and sometimes we feel alone. We want to join with teachers from the Valencian Community, Spain, and across Europe who are doing fantastic work from which we can learn and with whom we can certainly share our work and ideas.
