EUROCLIO has been able to obtain more than a hundred projects in close partnership with its member associations and partner organisations in the field of history, citizenship and heritage education. These projects have contributed to a widespread transformation in history education on a variety of issues.
At the moment we are working on a comprehensive project database which will allow past contributors and the wider public to study the past and present projects, their methods and outputs, in more detail.
- Examine the past through a “Memory walk” (Barry van Driel, Anne Frank House, The Netherlands)
- Understanding Historical Times through the use of layered timelines (Marjan de Groot-Reuvekamp, Fontys University of Applied Science and University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands)
- Making your students more independent (Monika Mandelickova, Labyrinth – Laboratory School, Czechia)
