Final Project Meeting on Historiana and Online Learning in IHEA Project

In the context of the IHEA project (Innovating History Education for All) the project partners met for the final time. Maren Tirbukait from Georg Eckert Institute (GEI), Jakub Lorenc and Jacek Staniszewski from Educational Research Institute (IBE), Helen Snelson from Mount School York (MSY) with online participation of Nique Sanders from Webtic met with EUROCLIO coordinators Steven Stegers and Judith Geerling during the Annual Conference in San Sebastian. They discussed the final version of a research paper on digital learning in European policies and 8 case-studies on national curricula across Europe. Also they discussed the online learning environment for Historiana that is developed, and the next steps for exemplar learning activities using the online tools that will become available on Historiana, and the user’s guide on how to use them. Finally they agreed on the structure of policy recommendations that will be made in the coming period on digital learning resulting from the findings in this project.
